Die Papierarbeiten wirken wie metallische Oberflächen, bleiben aber immer fragil. Sie erscheinen irgendwo zwischen schwebend und bleischwer. Die Zeichnungen beschreiben Vorstellungen von Verwandlungen und Entwicklungsprozessen. Die Bearbeitung der Papiere und die damit einhergehenden Materialverwandlung schaffen einen mehrdeutigen Möglichkeitsraum zwischen der Wahrnehmung eines Gegenstandes und dem, was tatsächlich materialisiert zu sehen ist.

The works on paper look like metallic surfaces, but always remain fragile. They appear somewhere between floating and heavy as lead. The drawings describe ideas of transformation and development processes. The processing of the paper and the resulting material transformation create an ambiguous space of possibility between the perception of an object and what can actually be seen materialised.
